The Hotel Floyd’s popular Thursday night Spring and Summer music series, Music in the Mountain, returned this year after a year’s absence due to construction of a hotel addition and other issues, and kicked off the beginning of May with a concert by Abe Goorskey and Scott Patrick.

This week’s concert featured Bernie Coveney, Ron Pendleton and Dale Cash and was moved to Dogtown Roadhouse as drenching thunderstorms moved through the area.

As the old saying goes, a good time was had by all.
