Floyd’s Artisan Market showcases work by area artists at the Community Market Pavilion at 205 South Locust Street from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Phil Lour gives old time dance lessons at the Country Store at 206 South Locust Street at 5:00 p.m.

The Friday Night Jamboree kicks off at 6:30 p.m. with Janet Turner & Friends for the Gospel Hour, followed by The Tune Town Old Time String Band at 7:30 p.m. and The Snow Creek Old Time Band at 9:00 p.m.

Dogtown Roadhouse features Hard Swimmin’ Fish starting at 8:00 p.m. at 302 South Locust Street.

And Woodbury Restaurant & Bar has Karaoke Friday from 8:00 p.m. on just off the Parkway at 182 Woodbury Road.

Farmers’ Markets open Saturday with the Floyd Market in the Community Pavilion at 205 South Locust Street from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Market of the Mountain by Tailgate Market of Floyd runs from 9:00 to 2:00 p.m. in the upper parking lot of Harvest Moon at 227 North Locust Street.

By Ear and By Heart, a Floyd Musical Heritage Exhibit funrs form 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Old Church Gallery at 110 Wilson Street.

Americana Afternoon kicks off at noon at The Floyd Country Store with Songwriters in the Round, hosted by Britt Mistele.

Showdown Throwdown runs from noon to 9:00 p.m. at the FloydFest site just off the Blue Ridge Parkway.

Barrowburn Celtic Band appears at Oak Grove Pavilion at 365 Needmore Lane from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

The Floyd Radio Show gives a free show in Lineberry Park at 284 South Locust Street from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

At Wildwood Farms General Store, Robert Tilly & The Hard Times Band performs on stage at 2380 Floyd Highway South.

The 4th Annual Second Chance Prom from The Roaring 20s hits the stage at Chantilly Farm at 2697 Franklin Pike from 8:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.

Butch Robbins plays at Dogtown Roadhouse at 302 South Locust as part of the Mountain of Music Homecoming from 9:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.

On Sunday, classic cars Cruise-In to Wildwood Farms General Store from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at 2380 Floyd Highway South.

At The Floyd Country Store, old-time musicians jam from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 and bluegrass players from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
