The third weekend of May brings high school graduation, the delayed Kids Fishing Day along the Little River, a concert by Worx at 115 Lighting Way at the former Cross Creek Factory Building, the Tour de Floyd for bicycle enthusiasts and a cruise in at Wildwood.
The Tour is a 62 mile ride through the hills and dales, including half of it on the Blue Ridge Parkway, and kicks off Saturday morning on E. Main Street in Floyd.
Thunderstorms are also possible on Thursday, Friday and Saturday so keep an eye on the weather.
A busy weekend as the weather continues to warm, along with the schedule of events in the Blue Ridge.
