This web site was one of my first, launched back in 1994, when I also started a political news web site and began hosting web sites for others.
In recent months, it has been forwarded over to Blue Ridge Muse, a hyperlocal site that I write and photograph for in Southwestern Virginia.
Now it’s time to write again for Dougthompson.com, where it all really began back in 1994.
It won’t be about politics or area news for the Blue Ridge Mountains where Amy and I call home.
It will be commentary, photography and sometimes video about what I hope are relevant topics that affect many of us.
The fun begins again…
