A new Washington Post-ABC News poll shows 50 percent of Americans now view the Tea Party movement unfavorably — an 11 percent jump from just a couple of months ago. Most Americans now correctly believe the Tea Party movement is controlled by loons.
Turn off the tea pot, the party’s over. Like so many so-called populist movements dominated by extremists, the Tea Party appears destined for a well-deserved place in the toxic waste dump of political sewage.
